We have been working successfully with 3 TAV for over 20 years.
We started with the introduction of their first version of the utility billing software and have continued until today, when we have all areas of our business supported by their IS21 information system. The integration of IS21 and the EBA document system is also working very well.
We have built on this good foundation with the BI business reporting system and the eBIS online portal for end-users, bringing us even closer to our customers.
Business modernisation and legislative changes also present us with ongoing challenges in the IT area. Together with the 3 TAV team, we are always up to the challenge.
